Welcome to Tabor Made! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

 

1. Website Owner, the Offering, and Binding of Terms

This website is operated by Tabor Made. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, "company" and “our” refer to Tabor Made.

By accessing our website and purchasing our products or services, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms, including additional policies referenced herein.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

 

2. Key Commercial Terms Offered to Customers

  • All orders require a minimum quantity of 20 pieces (unless otherwise discussed with the company). Custom orders will be quoted based on design, materials, and production complexity.

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

  • A deposit payment is required upfront or as specified in an approved invoice, followed by a final payment prior to the release of the products to the client.

  • Production time varies depending on order size and complexity. Estimated turnaround times will be provided in the order confirmation.

  • Shipping costs and timelines are based on terms agreed upon between the company and the client. 

  • We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

 

3. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at melissa@tabormadeco.com with photos and details of the issue.

 

4. Retention of Right to Change Offering

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice. Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

 

5. Warranties & Responsibility for Services and Products

We guarantee the quality of our products and services but do not warrant that they will meet every customer's specific expectations. Tabor Made is not responsible for any damage or misuse of our products after release to shipping carriers.

 

6. Ownership of Intellectual Property, Copyrights, and Logos

All designs, logos, and branding created by Tabor Made remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients must ensure they have the right to use any provided artwork.

 

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tabor Made harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or products, including any third-party intellectual property disputes.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Tabor Made shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or products.

In no case shall Tabor Made, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

Our store is hosted on Wix.com Ltd. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to share information and sell our products and services to you.
